FAQ

Common Questions

How do I book a tour or transfer?

Message me on WhatsApp at +84 909 403 553. Tell me your dates, group size and what you want to do. I will send you options and pricing.

Do you speak English?

Yes. Clear communication is a big part of why travelers book with me.

When and how do I pay?

I quote you the full price up front on WhatsApp before anything is booked. You pay in Vietnamese Dong at the end of your trip at your hotel, in cash or by bank transfer. No deposits, no platforms, no surcharges. Most travelers withdraw VND from the airport ATM when they arrive.

How fast do you reply on WhatsApp?

Usually within minutes during Phu Quoc daytime hours, and often at night too. If I'm driving or on the water I come back as soon as I'm free.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes. If your plans change, message me as early as possible and we will adjust.

Are your tours private or shared?

All private. Just your group. Flexible timing, no waiting for strangers.

Are your tours good for children?

Yes. Many of my guests are families. Children under 100 cm are free for most tours and attractions.

Is Phu Quoc family-friendly?

Very. The island has calm beaches, waterparks, the Safari zoo, and easy-going food. I run family tours regularly and can suggest kid-friendly activities.

Can you help plan my whole Phu Quoc trip?

Yes. Tell me how many days you have and what you like. I will suggest a day-by-day plan.

How many days should I spend in Phu Quoc?

3 to 5 days is ideal. That gives you time for a couple of tours, beach days, and exploring on your own. If you have more time, there is plenty to fill a week.

When is the best time to visit Phu Quoc?

November to April for dry season and sunny skies. June to October for fewer crowds and lower prices. The island is beautiful year-round. I can help you plan around the weather.

Where should I stay in Phu Quoc?

Duong Dong town for restaurants and nightlife. Long Beach for resort-style stays. Ong Lang for quiet beaches. An Thoi for the south end near the cable car and islands. I can help you choose based on your style and budget.

What should I bring on tours?

Sunscreen, hat, comfortable shoes, swimwear for beach/island tours, camera and some cash. I provide everything else.

How do I get from the airport to my hotel?

I offer private airport transfers. Message me your flight arrival time and hotel name and I will be there when you land. No waiting, no meters, fixed price.

Is Phu Quoc safe for tourists?

Yes. Phu Quoc is a peaceful island with friendly locals. Normal travel precautions apply.

What is the weather like?

Tropical. Warm year-round (28 to 33°C). Dry season is November to April with clear skies. Rainy season is June to October with afternoon showers, but mornings are usually fine for activities.

How much should I budget for Phu Quoc?

A comfortable daily budget is around $50-80 USD per person for mid-range. That covers food, local transport and activities. My tour prices are transparent with no hidden fees.
